Conditions:
Petawawa Post reserves the right to reject, discontinue or omit any advertisement for reasons satisfactory to the Petawawa Post without notice and without penalty to either party.The word “advertisement” or a similar title may be printed over, under or alongside an advertisement which could be perceived as an editorial item.
Any advertisement more than 161 agate lines (11.25 inches) will be reduced to the column depth and charged accordingly.
Terms Of Payment:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WHEN RENDERED. Past due balances subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). Acceptance of any advertising is subject to credit approval.
Payment shall be made to the Petawawa Post, Bldg. P-106, CFB Petawawa, Petawawa,ON, K8H 2X3. Should the Advertiser fail to pay in full upon receipt of the statement, thePetawawa Post at its option may cancel any further advertisement, until the account is paid in full.
Rate Changes:
The Petawawa Post reserves the right to increase the rate at any time with 30 days written notice.
Proofs:
The Petawawa Post shall not be responsible for corrections if proofs are not returned with sufficient time to complete the required changes. On delivery of advertising materials to the Petawawa Post, it shall become property of the Petawawa Post. The Petawawa Post assumes no responsibility for advertisers plates, artwork or mats.
Deadlines:
To ensure publication in any or all editions of the Petawawa Post copy and material must be received at the Petawawa Post office by noon Monday.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of orders will be accepted up to deadline. A charge will be made for work in progress or for production commitments made by the Petawawa Post on the basis of cost to the Petawawa Post as determined by the Petawawa Post at its discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: If receiving a frequency discount and the ad is cancelled before completionof contract the discount will be re-calculated and the difference will be billed to the customer at the time cancellation.
